Our office is recruiting for a sharp, enthusiastic Office Coordinator/Recruiter who is willing to jump in and learn the Staffing Industry.  This job is a potential temp-to-hire for the right person!

Qualifications:

* 1+ years Administrative experience (past recruiting experience a plus)
* Strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills
* Professional and upbeat demeanor with a can do attitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to compose professional correspondence in Microsoft Word
* Detail-oriented

General Purpose
Performs and provides support for office staff and recruits for administrative and clerical positions for open positions.

Major Responsibilities
* Administrative duties: Filing, scanning, data entry, answering phones 
* Recruiting duties:  reviewing resumes, screening applicants over the phone, scheduling 
   interviews
* Greeting applicants, background checks, recording scores, orientation presentation
* Other duties

Will pay between $12-$13/hr (Based on experience)

Candidates will be tested on office skills/typing and must submit to a background check.
