We are seeking a Customer Service Representatives with working knowledge of medical terminology for a local company. The qualified candidates will be responsible for a high volume of incoming calls and will be interacting with providers.
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- PC skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Able to work in a face paced and high volume call center
- Must be dependable and able to work 8-5 Monday-Friday
- Must have a professional attitude and appearance
