Description:

 LeadingEdge Personnel is looking for customer service/sales support for a local company in the San Antonio area. This person will be the first contact for new and existing customers with both inbound and out bound calls.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience in marketing
  • Tech Savvy; ability to maintain social media
  • Ability to communicate with confidence
  • Strong data entry and PC skills
  • Experience with gathering information, producing estimates and making recommendations
  • Confident in the ability to educate the customer
  • Willing to grow with a company and maintain an understanding of the company’s products, services and promotions
  •  extremely organized and punctual
  •  At least 6 months office or customer service
  • Sales experience is preferred
