LeadingEdge Personnel is looking for customer service/sales support for a local company in the San Antonio area. This person will be the first contact for new and existing customers with both inbound and out bound calls.
- Knowledge and experience in marketing
- Tech Savvy; ability to maintain social media
- Ability to communicate with confidence
- Strong data entry and PC skills
- Experience with gathering information, producing estimates and making recommendations
- Confident in the ability to educate the customer
- Willing to grow with a company and maintain an understanding of the company’s products, services and promotions
- extremely organized and punctual
- At least 6 months office or customer service
- Sales experience is preferred
