How to Join LeadingEdge!
If you have at least six months office experience, we need you and may have a job waiting! Calling us is the first step to possible employment. Together we will set an appointment for an interview with one of our experienced Staffing Coordinators to begin the registration process. Registration can last up two hours depending on your experience.
During your visit, you will complete an employment application and have a one-on-one interview. We will identify the type (s) of jobs in which you are interested, your desired pay range, locations most convenient for you, your skill level and work experience. We want to meet your needs!
We will also assess your skills using comprehensive evaluation software. While we have a basic set of skills evaluations all potential employees must complete, additional evaluations may be required based on your individual skills, experience, or desired position.
Upon completion of the evaluations, we will determine if we are able to help you find suitable employment. If so, you will undergo a thorough orientation outlining our operational procedures, the benefits of being a LeadingEdge employee, and our expectations of you as an employee.
For the initial interview, please be prepared with:
- Two forms of ID, at least one of which authorizes you to work in the US (i.e., US Birth Certificate, US Passport, US Green Card, US Work Visa, US Social Security Card, etc). One of these forms of ID must include a photograph.
- Resume
- Professional attire
We currently have offices in San Antonio, TX, Austin, TX and Dallas, TX. All offices are open 7:30AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday, however, appointments times vary.
