Q: Do I need to set an appointment with you?

A: We prefer you call to schedule an appointment as the hiring process can take up to two hours. You will have a one-on-one interview with one of our Staffing Coordinators and your skills will be accessed based on experience.

Q: What do I need to bring with me?

A: You should bring an updated resume and 2 forms of identification, such as a drivers license and a social security card.

Q: What type of experience do I need to work for LeadingEdge?

A: Since we specialize in office clerical staffing, all of our employees must have a minimum of 6 months office experience.

Q: How quickly can you put me to work?

A: It all depends on your availability, experience and skills, flexibility on pay, location and duration of assignment. Those that are the most flexible are typically placed quicker than others.

Q: How often do LeadingEdge employees get paid?

A: We pay at the end of each assignment or every Friday, which ever comes first. Our pay is instant and printed while you wait!
