Instant Pay: We pay at the end of every assignment or every Friday, whichever comes first. Provide a signed timesheet and we'll provide a paycheck, immediately. Always remember to total (to the nearest quarter hour) the hours you work and include the Week Ending Date (Sunday).

Competitive Pay: We will always try to offer the pay you require and will exceed it when we can!

Referral Rewards: Earn gift certificates to restaurants, department storesand more for referring friends to LeadingEdge.

Holiday Pay: Six paid holidays per year after accumulating only 400 hours within a twelve month period. (Please refer to Employee Handbook for detailed eligibility criteria.)

Flex Pay: Eight paid hours to use however you choose, (collect an extra paycheck or take time off) after accumulating 900 hours within a twelve month period.

Vacation Pay: Forty paid hours to use however you choose, (collect an extra paycheck or take time off) after accumulating 1500 hours within a twelve month period.

Free Tutorials: Tutorials are offered at no cost to you upon successful completion of application and registration. You may brush up your skills in typing, word processing, spreadsheets and data entry.

Incentive Plus!: A monthly drawing for exciting prizes such as TV's, VCR's, DVD's and stereo's based on quality performance determined by client feedback.

Medical/Dental Program: Self-funded options available to suit your individual needs.

Paid Parking: Tax-free reimbursement up to three dollars per day.
