Kelly, President of LeadingEdge Personnel Ltd, has 27 years experience in the office clerical and administrative temporary staffing industry. Kelly remains active in the company working mostly on the marketing and administrative side of LeadingEdge services. Kelly’s focus for LeadingEdge is to keep the bar raised on superior customer service and improve the company for the clients, the temporary employees and the LeadingEdge staff at every opportunity.
Patty, Vice President of LeadingEdge Personnel Ltd. has 21 years experience in the staffing industry, specializing in office clerical and administrative help. Prior to the staffing field, she worked in the hotel industry in customer service and management positions for 13 years. Patty remains active in the LeadingEdge branches, focusing on training, staff incentives and motivation, client and employee relationships and the administrative side of the business.
