Kelly Hudson: Kelly, President of LeadingEdge Personnel Ltd, started LeadingEdge with partner, Patty Yarbrough, in 1995. Kelly has 20 years experience in the office clerical and administrative temporary staffing industry. Since 1995, LeadingEdge has sold more than $35,000,000 in temporary staffing. Kelly remains active in the company working mostly on the marketing side of LeadingEdge services. Kelly’s focus for LeadingEdge is to keep the bar raised on superior customer service and improve the company for the clients, the temporary employees and the LeadingEdge staff at every opportunity.

Patty Yarbrough: Patty has 14 years experience in the staffing industry and assisted Kelly in the start up of LeadingEdge Personnel in 1995. Prior to the staffing field, she worked in the hotel industry in customer service and management positions for 13 years. Patty currently holds the position of Vice President, where her main focus is client relationships and total customer satisfaction.

Maritza Garza: Maritza, Operations Manager, has been with LeadingEdge Personnel since August of 1999 when she started as a Senior Staffing Coordinator. Prior to joining the LeadingEdge team, she worked as an Administrative Assistant for four years. Maritza attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where she studied business administration.

Anne Harwood: Anne, Staffing Coordinator, began at LeadingEdge Personnel in April 2005 and has 9 1/2 years of staffing experience. She started in the industry by staffing domestic help, and most recently was employed for 5 years as temporary placement specialist at a medical staffing service. She has a B.A. in Spanish from Trinity University, has earned her CTS (Certified Temporary Specialist) designation, and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification.

Nora Linda Ruiz: Nora Linda, Territory Sales Manager, comes to us with an Information Technology background and over 12 years in the Healthcare industry. Her past experience in the Temporary Service field, coupled with her impeccable sales record in the Telecommunications industry, make her an asset to LeadingEdge clients. She attended Our Lady of the Lake University and San Antonio College, concentrating course work in Business Administration. She is a past member of the SA Recycling Committee and in the current membership of SAHRMA and the Hispanic Professional Social Organization.

 

Victoria Rice: Victoria has nearly 6 1/2 years in the Medical Staffing industry and an additional 3 1/2 years in Human Resources in the aggregate industry. Victoria obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Texas at San Antonio and joined the LeadingEdge team as a Territory Manager in September 2005.

 

Mya Harris: Mya, LE's Recruiter, joined the team in February 2006 as the Staffing Assistant, where she was then promoted to the Recruiter position.  She has over 6 years of experience working as an administrative assistant in the automotive industry and as a retail supervisor. She holds a B.S. in Biology (Pre-Med) from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

Monica Nieto: Monica, LE San Antonio's newest Staffing Coordinator, moved to San Antonio from her New England home in Connecticut where she found herself learning about the staffing industry. Monica started with LeadingEdge Personnel in June 2006 and brings with her 10 years customer service and management experience both in retail and the real estate  industry.
